For silver I like 1 oz. canadian maple leafs, 1 oz. american eagles, and 10 oz. bars (Sunshine mint). For gold I like 1 oz. american eagles, 1 oz. bars., etc..but there are lots of choices out there.</description>

		<description>@Guard1an4ngel my local coin dealer basically said when it comes to actual value- &quot;gold is gold&quot; whether it? is a gold eagle, or kruegerrand(sp?) etc.  Some coins of course are cheaper than others but an ounce of gold is an ounce of gold, obviously there are different purities.  Beyond that i&#039;m not a big investment/coin expert, so it&#039;s best to consult one yourself and make the most informed decision you can</description>
